Coordinator, People Experience PGS North America

ROLE SUMMARY 
The People Experience (PX) Coordinator is a critical member of the PGS North America People Experience Team who is responsible for handling multiple priorities supporting key projects and ensuring that deadlines and obligations are met.   You will oversee and manage operational aspects of ongoing improvement projects, acting as a liaison between project teams and line management.  You will support our programs by managing the review of the status of the project, budget, schedules and preparing status reports. The PX Coordinator will also support the day-to-day operations for the PGS PX North America team.   

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES  
  • Works closely with PX Leads with providing project support 
  • Utilize project management experience to ensure successful implementation against the established plan. 
  • Lead the continuous improvement process by sharing best practices; working with various levels, including those of a complex, cross divisional nature; works well with staff located globally across balances competing priorities. 
  • Works closely with the team members on various remits and initiatives regarding People Experience and Enterprise operations. 
  • Provides reports and data analysis requests using multiple sources of Data: Global Insights & DEI Dashboards, Workday, PLI, Pulse Surveys, etc. 
  • Develop process and procedural documents as needed; handles correspondence / documents of confidential nature and where appropriate respond to, create, compose and/or edit written materials and/or e-mail responses.  
  • Proactively coordinates leadership and team meetings, prepare and edit meeting agendas, minutes & action items, reports and presentations using Microsoft Office software and other tools such as Webex and Teams.  
  • Provides assistance in supporting senior level talent review meetings as well as other projects as required 
  • Assumes increased levels of responsibility and takes accountability for decisions and outcomes; exercises sound judgment in anticipating priorities and potential conflicts to ensure deadlines are met and leaders are prepared.
  • Provides support in managing PGS HR T4 ecosystem including updating metrics & dashboards, keeping track of projects and follow up.

QUALIFICATIONS  
  • Minimum 1 year of experience of aiding project management, data analytics is essential. 
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to ensure inclusion and supporting colleagues of all levels with the purpose of driving productivity and improvement 
  • Ability to execute initiatives in a timely manner with high quality. 
  • Demonstrated resourcefulness with proven ability to anticipate needs, prioritize responsibilities, manage multiple priorities with tight timelines, and take initiative 
  • Ability to work well both in team environment as well as operate independently with minimal supervision 
  • Independent, proactive and anticipates needs 
  • Ability and professional demeanor to interface with senior management, international colleagues and important external stakeholders and must be able to exhibit good judgment in handling confidential information 
  • Knowledge of Pfizer organization processes and procedures preferred 
  • Human Resources / People Experience background is preferred, but not essential 
  • Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills Proficiency in MS Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau and Outlook are essential; Proficiency in Concur, Box, WebEx, Ariba are preferred
