Description

Our in-house editorial team researches, creates, and ignites passion through storytelling. We specialize in “ALOT” of topics, ranging from health and wellness, business and personal finance, travel and home décor, to entertainment and trending topics.

This position coordinates and assists the Publishing Design team by helping to support the editorial and marketing teams through the design, creation, and delivery of materials that support Inuvo’s digital publishing business. This position uses knowledge of current graphic design skills and trends to produce graphic art and visual materials for articles on our websites. That same material will be used to develop a variety of advertisements across numerous social media and native advertising channels. Must remain up-to-date on technological advances in the field.

Responsibilities

  • Carefully select relevant and intriguing site images for articles on company owned websites that cover topics like home décor, health and wellness, travel, celebrities, and more.
  • Edit images as needed by utilizing photography best practices to enhance the visual experience.
  • Maintain images in an organized fashion on the digital asset management system.
  • Generate ideas for articles, slideshows, and other types of content.
  • Be ready and willing to take on miscellaneous projects as assigned.
  • Assist in the development of ad images when necessary.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong time-management skills and ability to multi-task
  • Self-starter
  • Team player

Education and Work Experience:· College student pursuing graphic design or illustration degree preferred.

Employees work a hybrid two days in our Little Rock office and the rest of the week remotely. This position is hourly, working 25–30 hours per week.
