Physical Therapist Assistant

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive care to patients. Responsibilities:
- Assist in the evaluation and treatment of patients with various physical conditions
- Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities as directed by the Physical Therapist
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for at-home exercises and self-care
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements:
- Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Experience in an acute care or hospital setting preferred
- Proficiency in occupational health and trigger point therapy techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care
