Personal Financial Advisor

We are currenly seeking individuals with an intereset in becoming a personal financial advisor.

Although this position includes medical benefits, group life insurace, and a 401(k) plan, make no mistake that it is, at it's essence, an entrepreneurial opportunity.  We provide in-depth training in systems and processes proven to produce successful financial practice professionals.

New Associates are placed in a mentoring relationship with an estanblished producer who assists them in their practice development and provides access to a broader variety of planning situations, and thus greater learning opportunities, than a new advisor might encounter on their own.  Accelerated development of each associate is our goal.

We are looking for individuals who have a strong entrepreneurial spirit, intergrity and looking to set down roots in Kansas, Oklahoma or NW Arkansas.
