Internship Program Overview: 

Our internship program is designed to give you a comprehensive understanding of the fencing industry, focusing on marketing, regulatory processes, and cross-departmental experiences. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our regional recognition and ensuring the smooth execution of our projects. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Marketing & Campaign Execution 
  • Capture and create engaging social media content highlighting our installation projects.
  • Execute marketing campaigns by placing yard signs and door tags in Northwest Arkansas.
  • Contribute to increasing regional recognition through innovative marketing strategies.
• Regulatory & Permitting
  • Assist in obtaining permits and securing regulatory approvals at Bella Vista, POA & ACC.
  • Delineate fence projects and compile plat details to facilitate permit acquisition.
• Cross-Departmental Experience
  • Gain hands-on experience in various departments including installation, sales, purchasing, and warehouse operations.
  • Learn the ins and outs of the fencing industry, opening up a world of career paths within Superior Fence & Rail and beyond!
