Associate MBA Director - Walton College of Business

Summary of Job Duties:

This position will serve as the Associate MBA Director and will report to the MBA Director. The job duty areas include program management, experiential learning outcomes and internships, support in stakeholder management and strategic initiatives, and monitoring and reporting student performance. 

Given the nature of this role, the selected individual should be able to work some weekends and after hours with appropriate compensatory time.

Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

Master of Business Administration from an accredited institution of higher education

OR

Any master's degree from an accredited institution of higher education with at least one year of related work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Master of Business Administration from an AACSB accredited University

Experience working with university students 

Experience collaborating with corporate managers/recruiters 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Strong competence/knowledge in Microsoft Office

Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving skills

Ability to run quantitative and qualitative data analysis
