Software Support Intern

The Software Support Intern will be responsible for assisting and educating customers, troubleshooting issues, testing new releases, and other duties described below.

  • Our interns commit to 10-25 hours while in classes and up to 40 hours during seasonal breaks. The Internship will end once the pursued degree or certificate is completed.
  • Provide phone and email software support to customers
  • Educate customers on our software’s best practices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer/software issues
  • Communicate effectively with all departments
  • Record details about customer issues
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Other duties as assigned
