Project Specialist I - Abuse & Neglect Team
Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Project Assistant 1 to joint our Abuse and Neglect Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across various DRA platforms. This role involves verifying the accuracy of information, identifying and correcting errors, and ensuring data integrity. The Project Assistant collaborates with DRA’s Abuse & Neglect team members to retrieve necessary data, adheres to organizational standards, and maintains strict confidentiality. Must have strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, proficiency with data entry tools, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Requirements
JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Bachelor's degree or two (2) years equivalent experience in a similar field (Social Work, Criminal Justice, Public Health, etc.). We value diverse paths to expertise and encourage applicants from all professional backgrounds.
- Proven experience in data entry, administration or similar roles.
- Strong computer skills, including the ability to proficiently use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, database software, and other computer programs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrates excellent communication, organization, and time-management.
- Must be able to work independently with little direction.
- Must be detail oriented and well organized.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Reliability, ability to work as needed, and ability to maintain an acceptable attendance record.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and be discreet with highly sensitive and confidential information.
- Appropriate knowledge of standard office equipment and administrative procedures.
