I loved how everyone here was helpful. Any question I had no matter how big or small was answered and I never felt judged. They gave me a lot of opportunities to learn, grow, and network with other people in the industry.
What I wish was different
I wish that they had a system where an intern could do estimating, project engineer work, and field engineer at different types so that we could get a feel for all of them.
Advice
The first two weeks can seem hard if it is your first time estimating or doing PE/FE work but after that, the company and the people will grow on you. It teaches you to work at your own pace and you can definitely figure out your strengths and weaknesses.
