I like the family-oriented environment. Each employee made me feel comfortable and excited to come to work. I also liked the loan department. Being able to negotiate situations so that people could handle their business comfortably was everything.
What I wish was different
I wish I was able to communicate and get to know more customers. The 2-month time frame I was with the company did not consists of interacting with many customers.

Have patience and manage your work load.
